1.INTRODUCTION AND BACKGROUND
SteeCon Limited invites sealed tenders from eligible, experienced, and financially stable car parts and spares providers for the provision of car parts and spares for SteeCon Limited.
The objective of this tender is to select a reliable primary car parts and spares partner capable of ensuring the supplying of quality, original, timely, and cost-effective car parts and spares.
2.SCOPE OF WORK (SoW) AND PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
The successful Bidder will be responsible for the end-to-end supplying of car parts and spares to SteeCon Limited upon need. The scope includes delivery and proof of delivery (POD) management.
Product Specifications and Mandatory Handling Requirements
Mandatory: Car parts and spares in their sealed original packaging, untampered with and not second hand.
3.CONTRACT DURATION
The initial contract period will be for 6months, commencing on 1 October 2026. SteeCon Limited reserves the right to extend the contract for an additional 6 months based on satisfactory performance and mutual agreement.
