Prequalification Criteria

If you think your organization qualifies to supply any of the above services, kindly submit the following to Press Trust:

• Business registration certificate.
• Copies of valid licences and registration certificates from relevant regulatory bodies such as NCIC, MERA, BAQS, SIM, Board of Engineers/MIE, MAB/ICAM etc
• Detailed profile of firm including the following: Name, owners/directors, profile of its key staff, registered address, telephone, email address, services offered, past clients etc.
• A copy of tax registration certificate and latest tax clearance certificate.
• List of contracts performed in the past three years, including value of such contracts and attach copies of LPO where applicable.
• Indicative price listing on all products traded, wherever possible. These must be valid for the period ending 31st March 2026.

Conditions of Submission

Interested service providers should submit their prequalification documents in sealed envelopes clearly labeled with the category being applied for. Please take note that:

• Late submissions will not be accepted;
• This is an invitation to do business and NOT an offer to supply goods and services;
• Press Trust reserves the right to accept or reject any application;
• Canvassing will lead to disqualification from vetting and selection;
• Suppliers currently doing business with Press Trust should also apply for pre qualification;
• Only shortlisted suppliers will be contacted directly after vetting and selection.
