INVITATION FOR BIDS

DATE OF ISSUE: 11TH JULY 2025

1. Roads Fund Administration (RFA) has allocated funds for the purchase of motor vehicles in the 2026-2027 financial year.

RFA therefore invites sealed bids from eligible bidders to supply and deliver a motor vehicle as detailed below:

2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act 2025 and regulations of the Government of the Republic of Malawi and is open to all eligible bidders.

4. Bidding documents will be available upon payment of a non-refundable fee of MK10,000.00, from Monday 13th
July 2026. Payments must be deposited to the following account:

5. Bids in sealed envelopes and clearly marked with the tender number must be delivered and be deposited upon full completion in the tender box located at the reception at Roads Fund Administration Office after registration.

6. The closing date and time for receiving the bids is Thursday 30th July 2026 at 10:00 hour’s local time and bids will be immediately opened in the Boardroom at Roads Fund Administration Office. All bidders or their representatives are invited to attend. Late Bids shall be rejected.

BIDS NOT FOUND IN THE TENDER BOX AND NOT CLEARY MARKED AS STATED ABOVE WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DISQUALIFIED AND RFA IS NOT BOUND TO ACCEPT THE LOWEST OR ANY TENDER
