1. The Government of Malawi (GoM) acting through the Ministry of Agriculture with funding from International Fund for Agriculture Development (IFAD) has budgeted resources for procurement of motor vehicles under Sustainable Agriculture Production Programme II (SAPP II). The Ministry, through the Sustainable Agriculture Production Programme II (SAPP II) intends to apply part of the funds for payment of Contracts for supply and delivery of motor vehicles.

2. The Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Water Development through the Sustainable Agriculture Production Programme II now invites bids from eligible Bidders to supply and deliver the following motor vehicles:

4. A complete set of Bidding Document is to be sold to interested bidders at a non-refundable fee of ten-thousand-kwacha (MK10, 000.00) cash Accounts Office, SAPP II PMU, Amina House, along Chilambula Road starting from 27th May 2026.

5. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Tendering procedures as contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Asset Act of 2017 and IFAD Procurement Handbook
