1. The Government of Malawi (GoM) acting through the Ministry of Agriculture with funding from International Fund for Agriculture Development (IFAD) has budgeted resources for procurement of motor vehicles under Sustainable Agriculture Production Programme I (SAPP II). The Ministry, through the Sustainable Agriculture Production Programme II (SAPP II) intends to apply part of the funds for payment of Contracts for supply and delivery of Certified Improved Open-Pollinated Variety (OPV) Maize Seed

2. The Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Water Development through the Sustainable Agriculture Production Programme Il now invites bids from eligible Bidders to supply and deliver the following:

4. A complete set of Bidding Document is to be sold to interested bidders at non-refundable fee Ten Thousand Kwacha (MK10, 000.00) cash Accounts Office, SAPP I| PMU, Amina House, along Chilambula Road starting from 17th August 2026.

5. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Tendering procedures as contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Asset Act of 2017 and IFAD Procurement Handbook

6. Sealed envelopes clearly marked Procurement of Motor vehicles should be deposited in the Tender Box, placed at Procurement Unit, second floor, Amina House, Along Chilambula Road at or before 31st August 2026 at 10:00 AM, and addressed to:
