INVITATION FOR BIDS
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF A 30 TO 45 SEATER BUS

1. Construction Industry Regulatory Authority (CIRA) has budgeted public funds to be used for the procurement of various Goods, Works and Services for 2026-2027 financial year. CIRA now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of the following:

2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with Open Tender procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act of 2025 of the Government of the Republic of Malawi and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries.

4. A complete set of a soft copy Bidding Document in English may be obtained by interested bidders through email by writing to the above-mentioned email address for free at the address in paragraph 7(a) below between on 17th August 2026 from 8:00 a.m. up to 4:30 p.m. working days.

5. Bids clearly marked with procurement reference number and sealed must be deposited in the Tender Box at the address in paragraph 7(b) below at or before 10:00 hours (local time) on Monday, 31st August, 2026. Late bids will be rejected, and electronic bidding is not allowed.

Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives, who choose to attend in person in the cafeteria hall at the address in paragraph 7(c) below at 10:00 hours (local time) on Monday 07th September 2026.
