INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB)
1. Blantyre Teachers Training College receives a monthly ORT funding from the Malawi Government for the implementation of Education Services Delivery Programme for the College and intends to apply part of the funds for 2026/2027 Financial year for goods and services as prescribed below:

2. The Chairperson, Internal Procurement & Disposal Committee, Invites eligible bidders to complete a set of bid documents.
3. Details of the required Services has been provided in the bidding document.
4. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with Open Tendering Procedures as contained in the public Procurement & Disposal of Act and Laws and Regulations of the Government of the Republic of Malawi and is open to all eligible bidders.
5. Interested bidders may inspect the bidding documents at Blantyre Teachers Training College, Mair Administration Block (Procurement Office) P/BAG 502, Limbe. Cell: 0888550373 or 0999154654′
6. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payments of a non-refundable fee of K15,000.00 at Blantyre Teachers Training College (Accounts Office) in main Administration Block.
7. Bid documents can be collected from 01st September, 26 upon production of cash receipt at Blantyre Teachers Training College (Procurement Office).
8. Bids sealed envelopes clearly marked Description of services and Tender Documents number must be deposited in the Tender box placed at the Main Administration Block at or before 14:00 hours local time on 30th September, 2026. Electronic bidding is not permitted and late bids shall be rejected
9. Closing and Opening of Bids will be held at Blantyre Teachers Training College in new Hall on 30th September, 2026 at 14:00 hours local time.
Blantyre Teachers Training College is not bound to accept the lowest price bid, but reserves the right to exercise choice of the lowest evaluation bid in accordance with Procurement Regulations.
