1. The Central Region Water Board has set aside some funds in this year’s budget and intends to apply payments towards procurement of the under-listed Goods and related services.

2. The Board now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualifying bidders for the supply and delivery of the under-listed Goods and related services under Framework Agreements for a period of 12 months as follows:

Bidding will be done in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Asset Act No 7 of 2025 of the Government of the Republic of Malawi and the Guidelines for Framework Agreement of 2019.Bidding is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and in respect of bidding documents at the address at Eleven (11a) attention: Acting Procurement & Disposal Manager

5. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payments of a non-refundable fee of MWK 10,000 (Ten Thousand Kwacha) by cash or Bank certified cheque.

6. Requests for clarifications from Bidders to CRWB shall be made no later than Seven days prior to bid submission as indicated above.

7. Bids should be clearly marked according to choices by Bidders from the above list and must be delivered to the address shown at “11(b)” below on or before Closing dates at indicated times on the above table. All Bids must be accompanied by a duly completed bid securing declaration form.

8. Late Bids shall be rejected

9. Bids will be opened at Central Region Water Board Conference Room in the presence of bidders representative who choose to attend on dates and times indicated above

10. Central Region Water Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and is not bound to accept the lowest or any other bidder.
