Background Information

Oxfam in Southern Africa received funding from Global Affairs Canada to implement the CHOICE Project in Malawi, Zimbabwe, and Zambia. In Malawi, the project is implemented in Lilongwe and Balaka districts, focusing on increasing bodily autonomy, agency, and enjoyment of Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SHR), particularly among women, girls, adolescents, and persons of diverse sexual orientations, gender identities and expressions, and sex characteristics (SOGIESC).

Through the project, Oxfam and Family Planning Association of Malawi would like to procure vehicles to be used for the project.

Through Oxfam in Malawi, the project invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of motor vehicles as follows: –

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with closed tender procedures contained in Oxfam International Procurement and Regulations and is open to all eligible bidders

The deadline for submission of bids is Friday 5 June 2026 at 12 noon upon conditions in the tender document.

No late tenders will be accepted. Oxfam reserves the right to accept part of the tender, to reject all tenders or cancel the entire tendering process and is not bound to accept the lowest or any bid.
