INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB) FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF A MOTOR VEHICLE
NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING (NCB)
ISSUE DATE: 6TH AUGUST 2026

1. Lilongwe Handling Company Limited has allocated funds in its budget for procurement of various goods and services and intends to apply part of the funds for procurement of a Motor Vehicle:

2. The Chairperson, Internal Procurement Committee now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of above goods.

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tender bidding procedures contained in the Government of Malawi ‘s Public Procurement Act 2025, and is open to all bidders.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents from the Procurement Unit at the address given below at 7(a) from 08:00-15:00 hours every day except public holidays and weekends

5. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders from the accounts office, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of MK15, 000.00 cash.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address shown at 7 (b) below at or before 14:00hours, 2ND SEPTEMBER 2026. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in presence of bidders or their representatives at the address shown at 7 (c)
