Job Title : Home Craft worker
Grade : M
Reporting to : Senior Home Craft Worker
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The general duties and responsibility of the job holder will include the following:
- Coordinating all Maternal Child Health programs
- Serving patients by visiting homes, determining patient and family needs, developing health care plans, providing nursing and treatments. referring patients with social and emotional problems to other community agencies
- Monitoring the outreach and static clinics
- Supervising and monitoring Family planning and Ant Natal Care services.
- Supervising Nutrition Rehabilitation Unit section
- Coordinating community health care teams.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- Certificate in Food and Nutrition from a recognized institutional with 3 years experience
