Expression of Interest for Development of Content for (1) Local Curriculum for the Supply Chain Management and (2) Licensing Examinations for Supply Chain Management – Malawi Institute of Procurement and Supply (MIPS)
The German Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), through the Deutsche Gesellschaft tür Intemationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), is a German tederal enterprise that provides technical assistance and expertise in international cooperation and sustainable development. Through the Public Finance and Economic Management (PFEM)-Tikuze Malawi project, GIZ supports the Government of Malawi’s public financial and economic management (PFEM) efforts by collaborating with various Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) and other institutions on activities such as resources mobilization, procurement and contracts management, auditing, anti-corruption measures, assets recovery, capacity building among other public financial and economic management efforts. The project is co-financed by the European Union (EU).
The project supports various partners, among which are, the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB), the Financial Crimes Division of the High Court (FCD), the Office of the Director of Public Officer’s Declaration (ODPOD), the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP), Department of Procurement and Supply Services (DPSS), the Financial Intelligence Authority (FIA), and the Malawi Institute of Procurement and Supply (MIPS), The Ministry of Finance is the steering partner for the Malawi government.
As part of its capacity building efforts at MIPS, GIZ seeks to procure the following services:
- Content Development for Local Curriculum for the Supply Chain Management
- Content Development for Licensing Examinations for Supply Chain Management
Expressions of Interest (Eol) are, therefore, invited from potential consultants for the provision of the two above-listed services at MIPS
Interested consultants can request for Terms of Reference (TORs) for one of the above-listed assignments by emailing their expression of intertest to: procurementMW@giz.de. All inquiries or request for clarifications should be submitted in writing to the same email address.
Interested consultants submitting their expressions of interest must demonstrate their capability to deliver the requested services. In addition, the applicants are requested to submit their current detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV) to the email shared hereabove.
Only applicants that have relevant qualifications and demonstrate adequate knowledge and experience to undertake the assignments will be acknowledged and sent the TORs.
