Constituency Messengers (12)
Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the above-mentioned vacant post tenable at Mangochi District Council. Reporting to the Director of Human Resource and Administration (DOHA), the successful candidates will be required to perform the following duties and functions.
POST : Constituency Messengers (12)
GRADE : M/M10
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ferrying files from office to office.
- Preparing mail for dispatch.
- Posting and collecting mail at the post office.
- Delivering mail and official messages.
- Cleaning offices and premises.
- Any other duties relevant to the post
QUALIFICATIONS:
Applicants must be Malawians in possession of Malawi School Certificate of Education.
How to apply: Candidates who meet the above requirements should submit their application letters, copies of certificates, and a copy of National ID.
Applicants should clearly indicate in the application letter and on the envelope the position being applied for and the name of constituency. Applications should be addressed to the District Commissioner, Mangochi District Council, Private Bag 138, Mangochi, clearly indicating the constituency, to be received NOT LATER THAN 2ND NOVEMBER, 2026.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Applicants should be origins or residents of the constituency they are applying for.
- In the event that there are no qualified candidates in the particular constituency, candidates from other constituencies within the district shall be considered
- Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for interviews
