VACANCY: CHEF
Woodlands Hotel & Resort is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to fill the position of Chef.
Key Requirements
- Must be residing in or near the City Centre, Lilongwe.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Chef, preferably within a reputable hotel, restaurant, or hospitality establishment.
- Must possess a valid National ID.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Ability to prepare a variety of dishes to a consistently high standard.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
