POSITION: HEADTEACHER – FULL TIME
Overview
Zenith Private Secondary School is seeking to recruit
a qualified and experienced Headteacher to provide academic
leadership and oversee the day-to-day running of the school.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide
overall leadership, management, and administration of the school. - Ensure
high standards of teaching and learning. - Supervise,
support, and mentor teaching staff. - Manage
school discipline, records, and parent relations. - Plan
and implement school development programmes. - Teach Geography as
part of the teaching load.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s
Degree in Education or a related field. - Must
be a retired teacher with proven experience in school
management. - Ability
to teach Geography at secondary school level. - Strong
leadership, communication, and organisational skills. - Passion
for academic excellence and student welfare. - Must
be registered with the Teachers Council of Malawi.
