Zenith Private Secondary School is seeking to recruit a qualified and experienced *Headteacher* to provide academic leadership and oversee the day-to-day running of the school.
Chilobwe, Blantyre
POSITION: HEADTEACHER – FULL TIME
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
– Provide overall leadership, management and administration of the school
– Ensure high standards of teaching and learning
– Supervise and support teaching staff
– Manage school discipline, records, and parent relations
– Plan and implement school development programs
– Teach Geography as part of the teaching load
REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field
– Must be a Retired Teacher with proven experience in school management
– Ability to teach Geography at secondary school level
– Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
– Passion for academic excellence and student welfare
– registered with teachers council of Malawi
