As part of our continued growth, we seek a highly skilled and motivated Individual Life Marketing Manager to drive strategic sales initiatives and lead our Individual Business Division.
Role Description
We are looking for a results-driven marketing professional with strong leadership skills to spearhead sales activities, build client relationships, and enhance business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage budgets for individual business growth
Lead sales drives and ensure targets are met
Recruit, train, and manage Sales Agents
Strengthen client relationships and explore strategic business partnerships
Ensure efficient policy processing, compliance, and administrative oversight
Qualifications
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Professional certifications (Chartered Marketing or Chartered Insurance) are a plus
Experience & Skills:
5+ years of managerial experience in marketing (insurance preferred)
Strong financial management and budgeting expertise Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
